SHIPPING POLICY

We now ship to over 100 countries and territories.
Products qualifying for Free Shipping will be identified with “Free Standard Shipping”. If you select a shipping method other than Standard, shipping charges will apply.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Cancellations

Customer can request an order to be cancelled before it is processed for shipping. To request please contact us immediately. Our contact information can be found here:

Please note that the period when we can cancel your order is limited. We may start processing your order immediately and cancellation is not guaranteed. In some cases we are able to stop the shipment, but majority of our orders are processed instantly and submitted to one of many national fulfillment centers. These centers process and ship extremely large amount of shipments and once the order entered into the shipping stream cancellation is not possible.

If the order was processed and marked shipped your payment method is being charged. You can still request a cancellation and we will do our best to stop the shipment, if possible. But cancellation is not guaranteed. If we are able to stop the shipment, we will process a refund immediately.

How are International Shipments sent off?

Certain shipments shipped outside of the USA may be sent via an Grand Computer Smart chosen carrier regardless of the shipping method chosen. The reason for this is that certain carriers cannot reliably deliver to specific areas/countries/regions around the world while others can. Also, product liability, customs, and insurance factors may also come into play. For additional information on the carrier that will be chosen for your International order on Grand Computer Smart please contact us prior to ordering.

How are International customs fees, taxes, and other fees calculated?

Any Local, State, or Country related customs fees, taxes, or any other charges related to the shipment are your responsibility once the package is sent off. Due to varying rules and regulations regarding packages entering different regions of the world, our shipping charge only covers the shipment postage portion of the transit process. Please check with your local or regional post offices to see if there are any other applicable fees for receiving goods shipping out of the United States (USA). If taxes are due once the package enters your country you may have to arrange to pay them to the appropriate enforcement agency in your area in order to receive your items.

Does Grand Computer Smart Ship Internationally?

Yes. Your Grand Computer Smart order can now be shipped to all countries around the globe. We ship to all the provinces in Canada including Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland, Nova Scotia, Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Quebec, Saskatchewan, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and Yukon. How do I get a Rate Quote for an International Shipment?To get a rate quote simply add the items you wish to purchase to your shopping cart and scroll down to the bottom of the shopping cart page. There you will see a shipping calculator that will calculate your shipping rate for your country. Please note that for USA and Canada shipments a proper State / Province must be entered.

How does customs/duties work with international orders?The goods will be imported on behalf of the consignee/ebuyer. The consignee authorizes Grand Computer Smart to import the goods on his behalf. Further, the consignee/buyer agrees that Grand Computer Smart may delegate the obligation to import the goods on his behalf to a subcontractor (e.g. customs broker).

How Long Will It Take For My Order To Get To Me?

Time to delivery involves two components: the shipping method chosen + the time taken to ship off the item. 99% of orders placed on Grand Computer Smart that are in stock and do not require special assembly (systems, barebones, etc) ship within 24-48 business hours. Orders involving assembly, customization, barebones, and systems will ship once the task/assembly has been completed and tested (including a 72-hour burn-in on all system assemblies). In cases in which an item is out of stock, the buyer will be notified and given the option to cancel or wait for the unit to come back in stock prior to shipping. If an item is not expected to come back in stock the item may be dropped from the order, placed on backorder, or upgraded to an identical or higher-valued unit. These factors and more can push the send-off date and thus alter the expected delivery date. Please plan accordingly and notify us of any deadlines/requirements. Please note that Weekend and Holiday dates should never be factored into a shipping time calculation.

Once an item is shipped it is no longer under our control so we reference the guidelines of our carriers. Typically a USPS Priority Mail shipment will take 3-5 Business Days.

For shipping using Fedex, UPS, DHL will be subject to additional fees.

Can I Have My Order Shipped To An Address Not Registered On My Credit Card?

To cut down on fraud, we require orders to be shipped to an address registered with the credit card company.
If the address you want to send is not registered with your credit card company, all you have to do is contact us or when you register on our website please fill in your address according to your credit card. And before you make a payment, please contact our service customers.

Boxes are amply sized and your items are well-protected.

RETURN POLICY

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.) or shipping carrier damage (exludes international orders).

You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (2 to 5business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 6business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Any new, unopened product can be returned in 30 days after your purchase for a full money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. Product must be in factory sealed box and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

Open box product can be returned in 30 days after your purchase for a money back refund, excluding any shipping charges. A 15% minimum restocking fee will be deducted from the original purchase price. Product must be in mint condition and have all original manufacturer's packaging, materials, and accessories, including instruction booklets, packing inserts, and blank warranty cards.

Product that is damaged through customer misuse, is missing parts or is in unsellable condition due to customer tampering will result in the customer being charged a higher than 15% restocking fee based on the condition of the product.

Product must be returned in the original manufacturer's labeled packaging and enclosed in a separate shipping box. Please do not write or place shipping labels or stickers on the manufacturer's packaging. Product cannot be returned if it is missing the original Universal Product Code (UPC).

Original shipping cost (cost of shipping product to the customer) is not refundable.

Products that were shipped for free (with free standard shipping) will have our standard shipping charges deducted from the refund.

Customer is responsible for the return shipping expenses, excluding only when products is DOA or shipment is damaged by shipping carrier.

When shipping the product back to us via the carrier of your choice. We recommend shipping with delivery confirmation and insurance. If prepaid shipping label was provided by us to the customer, actual return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund total.

Product received in D.O.A. (dead on arrival) or damaged by the carrier condition can be returned for a full money back refund, including original shipping charges. Return authorization for such products must be requested within 48 hours after receiving the product.

We reserve the right to test D.O.A. returns. If the customer misrepresents the condition of the product return will be processed per our "Open box" policy mentioned above.

Please include the Return Authorization Form (you must request a return online from your amazon.com account) and ship the product freight prepaid. We do not accept COD or freight collect shipments. We recommend a shipping method that provides tracking and insurance.

Products sold in used, refurbished and other than "new" conditoin can only be returned if they are DOA, arrived in damaged condition, or is still in unopened box, for a refund within 30 days of purchase.

All returns must be shipped to us promptly. Returns received after 30 days from the date of return authorization will not be accepted and returned back.

We will not accept any returns for products that were delivered to you more than 30 days ago.

NOTES TO ALL OUR CUSTOMERS :

For all the products/items that are damaged during shipping there is no charge at all.
All the shipping costs will return to Grand Computer Smart(GCS).

Likewise for the items that are damaged within the warranty period (Guarantee is still available) If you want to send to us, then there is no shipping charge. And when we replace the item, we will send it to your address without any cost.
