I bought this watch and received it on Monday. Took a while to set up. This watch does heart beat as well as pulse ox. Monitors my sleep cycle. I'm listening to music played by watch as I am typing.
Fantastic
I was gifted the watch after loving my 5x for almost 3 years. I was unsure if I needed any new features or was going to be impressed with anything besides a new one. Wow! I love it. The overall new menu to scroll down in and then click to open and expand to all the data is great. it just seems more logical now, I dont feel like I got a new watch and get lost. I feel like I know what I want to find and go find it . The music feature is easy to figure and sync with Amazon music . Garmin pay was easy to add as well, so was connecting 2 pairs of headphones. All works really good. Im very happy with the watch. Its not just a model number change, its a nice overall and upgrade to the whole operating system,.

Great Improvements!
I owned a Fenix 5x and loved the watch but the larger screen and improved software interface on the 6X Pro is amazing. Overall the watch has the same fit and feel. The updated user interface both as a smartwatch and activity tracker is the icing on the cake. Better scrolling features, battery management, options that are more easily accessible at the start of activities and more data viewable on a single screen during activities. I love the upgrade.
Absolutely love it
I started with a Nike Plus Tom Tom watch back in 2010 and transitioned to an Apple Watch years later. Just got the fenix 6X for Christmas and I wish I had switched to Garmin sooner. Love all the data that you get with this watch and the quality is top notch as well. I hope to wear this watch for years!!

I wish we had a fix for the wrist based heart rate monitor as it is very inaccurate but otherwise a great watch.
